Mummy and three leather men
The Mummy here is wearing a cock ring, and the trio next to him is an interesting arrangement.
I'm sure there's some sort of symbolism going on with the "mummy" exposed and his 3 compatriot's "jewels" covered, but it escapes me. And what's with the leather guy suspended between the two "jocks"? Probably only makes sense to a small circle of people.
