Snapshots from the Beach
It's now high summer in the northern hemisphere, so I thought I'd do a beach snapshot series.
We start with a group of men headed into the water.
I agree about the haircuts, but would only add that I've seen WWII soldiers from several nationalities where the hair styles looked the same as popular civilian types. Lice problems prompted the crew cut, first on an as needed basis, and later as general practice, especially on the US side.
Their haircuts don't military, but it's hard to be sure. Wartime haircuts were ad tough to come by as wartime showers.

DeleteSalute to all soldiers back then, they were involved in war and still having fun naked swimming like this, my father was a veteran soldier too
