Marc Chagall
This Lynes portrait of artist Marc Chagall is a personal favorite.
I have always found Marc Chagall's work utterly charming - and his illustrations of life in the shtetls of Eastern Europe even inspired some of the scenes in the film of Fiddler on the Roof. I didn't expect this. Very Dali - but without the Franquist overtones.
