Fashion

Kenn Duncan had success as a fashion photographer, and this is what passed for men's fashion
in the early 1970s.  The magazine in which it appeared called it "cowboy hippie,"
but the reasonably attractive models look like neither.

  1. Beaux modèles.
And they say the 1970’s were the decade of malaise. The fashions of that free spirited time reveal otherwise.

  2. The bottom two seem to be made of feathers the top possibly of leather. I don't think a gay man would have been caught dead in this! A straight Republican maybe.

    1. Even Republicans had better taste back then, but today? If Trump told them to wear them, they would.

    2. True, the Reagan and Bush era did have a touch of class. I have no idea what you would call this mess.

  3. The top vest is also made of feathers. I have seen good looking extravagant tops and capes made of feathers. But making small vests of feathers does not work.
