Wonder how he got access? It was probably much easier back then, the world wasn't so damn regulated! (Bet we could pinpoint that location, if those bldgs. still exist).

DeleteThis looks like Wilshire Boulevard looking east around Normandie Boulevard. You can see the old Bullocks Wilshire Tower a few blocks further east.
