Double Castanets
It looks like both these guys are playing invisible castanets, and the kneeling one has tucked his package between his thighs. I guess Mr. Falcon couldn't convince him to show it all.
Nice. Reminds me of the Dead or Alive video, "You Spin me 'Round" where Pete Burns imitates a castanet player!
