This guy is Mr. Glory Hole from one of Pat Rocco's pageants.
To get that title, I wonder how many jury members he must have slept with during the competition! I admit he's a good-looking guy and I would have let him...
Must've been something to see these shows! From my knowledge of Rocco and SPREE, this must've been early to. mid-70's, and social conditions were finally loosening up.
