Peoria Library
This was made in the public library on South 69th Street in Peoria, Illinois. The man in the crewcut and glasses is Joseph Lubitchek, someone whom Google doesn't seem to know.
Imagine that at your local library. That has got to be someone’s living room ! Or it must have been taken after hours. And they say we Californians are the crazy ones, and they had this going on in Peoria of all places....:)
My favorite of the day
ReplyDeleteThat's how I envision a librarian! I would visit the library more often!
ReplyDeleteThe midnight breakfast club. I would have been a part of that gathering.

Wow! This is the first time anyone has provided any sort of info on this photo. I have a few more from the same session.
ReplyDeleteOops, it seems I only have one more.
DeleteFWIW I have 4 solo photos of the guy on the left and 4 photos where he's posing with Bob Jackson.
DeleteI also have one other shot from this session. Bob Jackson worked for Chuck Renslow of Kris, so the Peoria location fits in.
