I found this on some random website labeled simply "Snuffy." Bob Mizer of AMG had a model to whom he referred as Snuffy Smith, so it might be him, or not. For you younger viewers, Snuffy Smith was the title character in a long running comic strip about hillbillies.
I don't have a name for this guy but am pretty sure isn't Snuffy. Snuffy's arms aren't this hairy. Also, this guy has some sort of tattoos on his left arm and Snuffy doesn't have any.
