Paul Cadmus
Paul Cadmus was notably shy about being photographed fully nude,
and this is about as close to a frontal shot as one will find.
It seems he was particularly well-endowed...why be shy when you have everything you need between your legs?

DeleteStrange that he did not mind photographing other men who were naked. He doesn't seem to have a reason to be ashamed of what he has there.
