Lifeguards?
Even though at least one guy's swim suit doesn't match the rest,
I think this is a group of 1970s California lifeguards.
The "dirty blonde" front and center gets my vote-Dee Exx

DeleteJudging by their physical appearance more then one of these gentleman saw Sam Elliot in Lifeguard. Who wouldn't want to emulate Sam!
