For today we will look at ten photos from several 1980 issues of Mandate magazine. We start with a picture by Len Tavares from April in which a model is holding a trophy surrounded by covers.
Mr. Tavares was the in-house photographer for Mandate for quite some time.

DeleteThis is Robert Rodriguez who was featured in the December 1979 issue. He was the Mandate man of the month. I have the cover photo, this photo and nothing else!
