Fern and mirror

I like the composition of this Colt photo with the mirror door, fern, and Bill.
You'll see another sort of mirror shot later today.

Soapy Bill

We get a big smile from soapy Bill in a shower by Colt.

AMG I

In the first of two AMG photos in today's series, we see Bill Cable reclining atop a motorcycle.
If Bob Mizer didn't invent that motif, he certainly made good use of it on numerous occasions.

Colt Cowboy

Here we see Mr. Cable popping out of his Levis in one of Colt's cowboy photo sets.

Derriere

Bill Cable posed in an art gallery for this one.

Tease

This one only goes to show that Jim French of Colt could go subtle on occasion.

AMG II

Here's another AMG shot of Bill Cable.

Hazy mirror

Our last picture of Bill Cable is one of about half a dozen in my
collection where he is posed with a hazy mirror or sheet of metal.

Hairy Men by Request

I got a lovely private message from a viewer named Gregg a few weeks ago, and he mentioned being particularly fond of classic era physique photos of hairy men.  I am more than happy to oblige with today's series, and we start with Alan Arnold in what I believe is an AMG image.
This is dedicated to you, Gregg, for a message that brightened my day!

AMG

I haven't been able to find a name for this hairy AMG model.

Dick Dene

Bruce of LA photographed Dick Dene in cowboy gear for one of the best and most authentic
Western themed photo sets in my collection.  I won't complain a bit about this one, though.

No info II

This is another one for which I could find a name for neither the model nor photographer.

Snuffy

I found this on some random website labeled simply "Snuffy."  Bob Mizer of AMG had a model to whom he referred as Snuffy Smith, so it might be him, or not.  For you younger viewers, Snuffy Smith was the title character in a long running comic strip about hillbillies.

Pierre Ross

This is Pierre Ross by Jean Ferrero.

Leather Man

Closing out the set with an unnamed leather man by Avery Willard.
Thanks again to Gregg for requesting today's theme.

April Fool Oddities

It's time for our annual April Fools Day group of oddities.
We start with a man in a sort of ditch that might be natural.
And yes, I know it resembles a grave.

Beer 73

This one was labeled Beer 73, and a fun time was had by all.

Art and Revolution

This is from an Austrian design museum and is called Art and Revolution from 1968.
It looks like a scientifically monitored drinking contest to me.

Conflict

I think he's beating up the other guy because he said he didn't fill those drawers well enough.

Pissing contest?

I'm sure many of you have heard of pissing contests, but I'm not sure if this is one.
Meanwhile, the guy in garters in the background has my attention.

Pat Rocco

This guy is Mr. Glory Hole from one of Pat Rocco's pageants.

Bowling

I found this labeled "Christmas Bowling," but I don't really see the Christmas angle.

Hefty and Happy

Here we have a fellow whose hefty and happy.
Nothing like owning it.

Peoria Library

This was made in the public library on South 69th Street in Peoria, Illinois. The man in the crewcut and glasses is Joseph Lubitchek, someone whom Google doesn't seem to know.

Mismatch

And finally, I always thought they had strict weight categories for high school
and college wrestling, but apparently they didn't follow those rules in this case.
