These are two Cabinda men from what would have been the Portuguese colony of Angola at the time the photo was made. Modern Cabinda is a restive oil rich province of Angola separated from the main body of the nation by a strip of the Democratic Republic of Congo. I found this photo in a group of anthropometric photos with no information other than where it was made.
