Official
This gentleman was some sort of official in the nudist community. I have a lot of photos
of him presiding over various meetings, sign-ins, and pageants. This, alas,
is the best shot I have that shows him from head to toe.
And a partial date: Sunday, July 4, 19xx. Though not his fault, his head's blocking the year! Can we interpolate using calendars from 1960 to '79?
