Gouging?
I didn't think eye gouging was allowed in wrestling.
From what little I've read of ancient Greek wrestling, all was fair including squeezing the scrotum and grabbing the dick. Don't know if the source was accurate or not.

ReplyDeleteSomewhat of an urban legend. Such tactics were not allowed in wrestling, but did seem to be common in certain boxing types.
DeleteSome think this move was the precursor to the metal folding chair.
