The screaming eagle tattoo was very popular in the 60s-70s. A bear BF [who in 1983 tended bar at Play It Again Sam's , later Rawhide] who was in the 101st Airborne had one. On closer inspection, maybe that is an eagle and a snake, the Mexican emblem? I had a shark tooth pendant like that-Dee Exx
