Miners Day
Our theme today is miners, and we start with some Mexicans on strike in 1985.
Nude protests would seem to have been a thing in Mexico for quite a while.
Hey, some of these dudes are hot! But, why nude, other than the hot weather ? Usually, it's a political statement to promote nudity, but I doubt that that's the case here. 🤔🇲🇽
My research says the nudity was to protest the lack of proper work clothes and safety equipment, items which were supposed to be provided by their employer.
