Tamotsu Yato (1928-1973) was a gay Japanese photographer and occasional actor whose homoerotic photos of Japanese men in the 1960′s and 70′s were a rarity in the Japanese art scene of the time … and still rare even today.  So Wednesday will be Tamotsu Yato day.  Our R-rated (some just barely) posts begin with this derriere view.

  2. I was one of the many derriere fans, or the "bum brigade" as you sometimes said, on your Tumblr blog, so it is good to see this particular tag making a welcome and early start on your new blog!
