Colt Men via jstrand

Earlier this year I received an amazing digital collection from viewer jstrand, and I previously
posted some Wyngate and Bevins magazines from it.  There is a lot more on that thumb
drive thatn just W&B, however, so today we will look at some material from Colt,
starting with a model known as Rex.
Thanks a million to jstrand!

Greg Kolb

My favorite from this set is Greg Kolb on a remote beach.

Cory Elliott

Wes Christianson

We get a serious looking (and hairy) Wes Christianson here.

Jean-Claude and Turk

These two are Jean-Claude, aka Ric Dreslin, and a model listed only as Turk.

Gavin Reed

This summary is not available. Please click here to view the post.

George Payne

While we might have wanted to see more of the model,
posing George Payne behind an ballustrade does have impact.

Jon Nicholson

1980 was the year for this Colt photo of Jon Nicholson.

Ernie Langeberg

A comfy sofa made a nice spot to photograph Ernie Langeberg.

Danny Collier

Ending the Colt series with Danny Collier and his impish grin.
Thanks again to jstand for sharing today's photos!

Male Nudist Portfolio #11

 Male Nudist Portfolio, #11

Today I am posting the second of a number of mid to late 1960s magazines generously shared with me by jstrand of Texas.  This time it is not a Wyngate and Bevins number, but a 1967 publication by an outfit called G.V.A. that was run by J. Brian.  He did not, however, take all the photos shown, as some of you will no doubt immediately realize.  I was only able to identify a few of the men, and I hope viewers will help us out in the comments.  I'm presenting Male Nudist Portfolio #11 from cover to cover with only minimal captioning.

I want to express my deep gratitude to jstrand for providing this magazine.

Cover

I'd love to know which ten photos the blurb on the cover
refers to and which photographer sold them.

Pgs. 2-3

The only text to appear in the entire magazine is this opening page piece that claims the photos in the magazine are intended for the use of artists who can't get live models.  Yeah, right.  Nowhere do they say what that has to do with genuine nudists, not one of whom appears here.  I came across the photo of the cowboy at right years ago and posted it, not knowing it was from this publication.

Pgs. 4-5

These two (and others in this magazine) are examples of the younger
models that flooded into the male nude genre as liberalization unfolded.

Pgs. 6-7

The "cowboy' looks like Robert Rex to me.

Pgs. 8-9

Pgs. 10-11

Pgs. 12-13

Pgs. 14-15

What may be the most artistic photos in the entire magazine are on these facing pages.
And then they felt compelled to add that tacky Federal Court notice.

Pgs. 16-17

I think this is the same guy twice.
