Interior Decorating by Miss Magnolia Thunderpussy

My dear old friend and confidante, Miss Magnolia Thunderpussy, has very firm opinions on just about every subject, including interior decoration.  Today I am featuring some of her collected photos of physique models on the aforementioned subject.  Here we have a  young man making himself useful.  I'm sure Miss T. provided expert supervision for all aspects of this project.

Miss Thunderpussy heartily approved of incorporating physique models
(or trollops in this case) into the actual decor themselves.  Having used several
as lawn ornaments over the years, she thought these two made fine bookends.
Of course, if she had more than one or two books, she'd have to make
them stop holding hands, and they might not like that too much.

Miss T. complained about two decorating "don'ts" in this one.  First, she was never a fan of tattoos, saying they distract from a good body.  And second, she thought this used outdoor furniture indoors.
With nothing else in the room, the best she could say was that it didn't clash with anything.

Miss T actually liked this one, probably because of the mid-century modern sofa
and the wood plank walls.  I suppose the model might have helped, too.

I suspect that this is from one of Don Whitman's (Western Photography Guild) "At Home" series, but that/s just a hunch.  Miss Magnolia Thunderpussy called it an "abomination" because of all the busy patterns and the Bambi ceramic figurine.  How she failed to notice that awful lamp is beyond me.
