Out of focus

This guy is a bit out of focus, but the bulge is still visible.

Wrestler

Mr. Weinberger had a sideline of photographing sports figures for Swiss magazines and newspapers.  His usual subjects for this were wrestlers, weightlifters, and bicycle racers, and the example above is one of the less polished of the type.  I chose this shot of a wrestler and his manager waiting in the wings at a match because of a certain bulge.

Yale Varsity, 1911

We get bulges galore from the Yale Varsity Rowing Team of 1911.

G-Rated

Despite the edgy nature of Albert's blog, he occasionally posts some quality G-rated photos.
I really like this one because of the car, the congenial men, and the bulge.

Larry Scott by Pat Milo

It's said that Pat Milo had a not so secret crush on Larry Scott,
whom he photographed on the beach above.  Nice bulge, btw.

Bulges Day

It's Bulges Day on the blog, and we start with two pre-steroids bodybuilders.

Three sailors

It doesn't take much imagination to guess what these three sailors were up to.

First Prize

The men on either side of the swimmer look like they just won first prize for a bull
at the County Fair.  Mr. Swimmer looks pretty pleased with himself for that matter.

A different sort

Here we see a different sort of bulge from an English football team.

Blurry

This one is blurry, but we still get the view.

Take your pick.

Take your pick.  The only one not showing a bulge is the man at center.

Peekaboo bush

We get a peekaboo bush shot along with the bulge in this photo
of a guy who must have just washed his hair.

Boater

This swimmer is holding a boater hat while his two friends are wearing theirs.

Brothers?

My source labeled these as "two brothers, " but that may have been a euphemism.

1915 Acrobat

Our last bulge of the day is a tidy number on an acrobat from 1915 who dresses left.

Bulges Day

Our theme today is bulges, and we get things started with a happy guy in a boat.

Ernest Cadine

This is early 20th Century French bodybuilder Ernest Cadine.
A viewer once described a similar bulge as "moose toe."

Sailor

Everybody loves a sailor.

Literal I

I think this is a Swede, and that bulge leaves very little to the imagination.

Happy group

This happy group has just won three trophies.
