Boater
This swimmer is holding a boater hat while his two friends are wearing theirs.
Oh, superb. The knitted Jersey men's swimming suit era, so often, comes up with "hiding in plain sight" beauties like this. I'm sure such swimming events, were popular with the ladies, and er, gentlemen. I suspect those displaying the goods, rather enjoyed it. Those two boatered men look like fans.

Sometimes those onesies were made of wool that absorbed water like a sponge, not so great for swimming !…:)
A modern swimmer would go nuts over the weight penalty, never mind the styling.
