Bill Coates

Bill Coates looks a bit startled in this Pat Milo photograph.
Maybe he saw a spider.  The rest of us are seeing a snake.

Pat Milo Bright Backgrounds

Pat Milo is well known for his photos against black backgrounds with exceptional lighting.
For our quarterly series featuring his work, I've chosen some models against bright
backgrounds.  First we have Carl Boudreau with his hands and arms up.

This model was listed by Pat Milo as John Stumps, but you may know him better
as Johnny, the name used when he worked for Bob Mizer at AMG.  He looks
a bit more mature here, and is that a wisp of a mustache I see?

Hugh Pendleton

The background in this photo of Hugh Pendleton isn't all white,
but the dark blocks do add an interesting element.

Cherokee

Here we see Everett Lee Jackson, often referred to simply as "Cherokee."

John Hadnagy

Mr. Milo used an interesting curved piece of furniture for this shot of John Hadnagy.

Larry Scott

Pat Milo photographed championship bodybuilder Larry Scott a number of times
and was said by some observers at the time to have had a crush on him.

Jim Randall

One of those truncated statues of Venus was used
as a prop in this picture of Jim Randall.

Bert by Pat

Pat Milo may have been the least likely photographer to visit the desert,
but this great shot of Bert Callinder makes up for the small numbers.
