Hofmann

We finish our skinny dipping art series with The Bathers by Ludwig von Hofmann.

von Hoffmann

For some reason, nobody seems to have a title for this impressive painting by

Ludwig von Hoffmann.  And for some reason, I haven't posted it until now, despite it being

a favorite because of the muscles and the varying ages of the subjects.

Dream Time, Part 2 - the Paintings

Our Friday night art lesson is Part 2 of Dream Time.  Ludwig von Hofmann painted this piece in 1905 and called it Adam and Eve, even though Eve is nowhere in sight.

Odd, that, but it really fits my dream them quite well.
