This is supposedly a YMCA in a large American city before 1920.
Edited to add:  Wrong again!  Bob in the comments below identified this as a Helsinki indoor pool, Yrjonkadu Uimahalli,.

  1. Men were not permitted to wear suits in the pools of the Y at that time, so it very well could be a group shot at the YMCA.

    1. This is the historic Yrjonkadu Uimahalli in Helsinki, built in 1928, & beautifully renovated in the late 1990's. I paid a visit (several, in fact) in the early 80's, when nude swimming was the rule. According to Wikipedia, swimming suits are now "permitted," but I doubt any Scandinavian male bothers. More info and pictures are easily Googled.
