Chuck Renslow of Kris Studio used a subtle, but very effective, approach to lighting in this photo of Lee Crites.  In his notes, Mr. Renslow described Lee as "a hustler who only worked one day in 1956."  An interesting side note is the fact that Lee Crites might well have been the model's real name since the initials "L.C." appear in what is probably a jailhouse tattoo on his arm.  Used by generous permission of the copyright holder, Leather Archives and Museum, Chicago, Illinois, USA.
