This is Don Hawksley who was known to model for both AMG and Pat Milo. The style here makes me think more of Milo, but I could be wrong. I've been wrong before.
Yes, this is definitely by Pat Milo. Don Hawksley - who had everything, including an ego - was one of the relatively few named models of the posing-strap era. Most used a nom de photo to avoid the police but Hawksley was very much an in-demand hustler in the highest reaches of Hollywood which afforded him considerable protection. For those who might be interested, Bob Mizer claimed to have slept with him and the Bob Mizer Foundation lists one of his vital statistics as being circumcised, despite ambiguous photographic evidence. The chances are he got away with it because half the police chiefs were whacking off to his cheeky grin.
