On the rocks again
Based on a quick survey of my Bud Counts files, I'd say he spent a good bit of time on, around, and against rocks in the desert. Bruce of LA seems to have liked such settings.
Mr. Counts seems wonderfully relaxed in this shot (as in his others) and his splendid body would give him good reason to be. His legs and torso seem to be deeply tanned, yet his tan lines are not stark. Do think he might have started sunbathing naked after he got that tan, and his male area was "playing catch-up"?
That is a fabulous picture... Yes, Mr Counts seems to have been one of the stalwarts of physique photography. He is most certainly one of the "faces" I remember from the long-ago. That hair made a statement way back when.
