This is an outlier in my Mad Dog Mains collection.  Bob Mizer would usually do a whole series of photos once he had gone to the trouble to put that much gear on a model, but try as I might, I can't find any more to go with this rather interesting combination of bondage and cowboy motifs.  As those of you who are able to interpret Mizer's squiggles know , this guy was indeed eager to please.
