I don't know if Barrington intentionally failed to crop out the equipment in some of his photos as an artistic statement, or if it was just laziness. He seems to have known that people would pay for whatever he produced, so it may have been just part of his overall sloppy approach. Neville Crabbe does manage to look good here, although we could hope for a bit more light on the crotch.
I dunno, Jerry, these shots that include all the technical equipment are, IMHO, very interesting. For me, it's a little insight into how things were done. And you're right, more light on the penis would have been in order.
ReplyDeleteYes, there's something to be said for learning about the technique and equipment. In this case, I don't get why he used a physical frame, but didn't crop the image to match it.
