1940s
Bob referred to this as "a 1940s study of a tattooed man."
It does not look like the typical physique photography of the time.
I like his Boston Blackie 'stache more than the ink.
Navy story. There was a very handsome Gunner's Mate in my division who had a barber pole tattooed on his dick; and he was massive down there. He was more than willing to show it off to everyone. I would have really enjoyed the viewings, but the tattoo was a bit much. Getting your dick barber poled wasn't that uncommon in the Navy. Others got spider webs tattooed on their balls.
I'm not into tattoos, but the novelty was interesting.
