Age 70

This is the latest decent quality photo I could find of Mr. Fury.
I think he looked pretty good for age 70.
Rest in Peace, Ed Fury, 1928-2023.

  1. How sad, in a way, that he got so little acknowledgement for all his work. He sure was handsome and very nicely built. Are there a lot of full frontal shots of him?

    1. He did get some recognition, and there are several movie buff websites that give him quite a bit of attention, but he was never considered a major star. I was able to find more frontal shots of him than I expected and haven't posted all of them.

  2. Wow! Just wow! He makes me look like a bit of old boot. Thanks for the fun, Mr Fury. We know where you are with a body as heavenly as yours.

    1. He took good care of himself and even promoted a line of health food and vitamins in the 1990s and early 2000s. Needless to say, no steroids.

  3. Thanks for a wonderful and fitting tribute, Jerry! Ed is one of the first bodybuilders whose photos I started collecting over 14 years ago. I have in total 322 photos of him, around 280 solo. Six of your posted photos were new to me. Again I thank you for all the work and effort you went to to compose and present this tribute, Jerry. Bravo!

  4. Beautiful tribute to a beautiful man. And he sure did still look great at 70.

  5. Wonderful tribute! Not to many bodybuilders have had a career as Ed did, Arnold I suppose would be the other. Sorry to say this but he doesn't hold a candle to Mr. Fury!

    1. Don't be sorry. I never cared much for Arnold, either.
