James E. Davis Male Nude Art
I recently posted some photos by James E. Davis, and as promised, here are some art pieces by him.
I've collected ten of his male nudes and posted them in chronological order, starting with 1938.
I love it! Even before I scrolled down to see your comment (and the date with the signature) I thought it looked very "Art Deco" in style - at least his hairstyle looks very 1930s.

Very well-done series on James Davis' drawings and paintings of male nudes. He was also known for his light modulators and lumias, sadly many have been lost or destroyed. A multi-faceted artist to say the least :)
Thank you for your kind words. I came across the modulators and lumias in my research, and I have to say I found them fascinating and ahead of their time.
