One of my favorite alltime photographers is Gerhard Riebicke, and the photo above is an example of some of his works which recently came into the estate sale market. Riebicke was in my opinion the best of the photographers who were associated with the FKK movement, and he was most active in that regard from 1925 to 1935. When the Nazis came to power, he essentially stopped doing published nude work and turned to sports photography. Even so, his work was censored under the Hitler regime, but he was apparently never arrested and survived the Nazis by 12 years.
