Art experts had been arguing about the attribution of this pair of men on panthers (The Rothschild Bronzes) literally for centuries before researchers at Cambridge University and noted expert John Vedder Edwards agreed that it is likely the only known work in bronze by Michelangelo. The two men are of contrasting ages, and I will post some closer views below:
