Lazy Afternoon 1975
A usually reliable art photo resale websited calls this Lazy Afternoon, 1975,
but other than the year, that's not what the German inscription says.
The script is too hard for me to read, but there are way more words there than Lazy Afternoon. It's actually the title of a Marlene Dietrich song that loosely translates as "Children, this evening I'll choose something for me."
It is fascinating to call it lazy afternoon when the clearest words in the inscription definitely refer to the night. I like your translation better than googles. “Children, tonight I'm going to figure something out” which might be too literal but matches the words. The guy looks happy, and like he wants to play. Definitely not shy.
German is a language with a lot of idiomatic expressions that stray quite some distance from the literal translations. The photo was made in a cruisy area of a park, and the reference is probably something to do with picking someone.
