Otto Arco
Despite being only 5 feet, 2 inches tall, Otto Arco was the Austrian wrestling
champion and declared the World's Most Perfectly Developed Man in 1913.
I'm not sure what the source of the color in this photograph might be.
Looks hand-tinted, not Autochrome which would have been the only real color photo process at the time-Dee Exx
