I've been collecting vintage digital images for over 25 years now, and it's amazing how much progress has been made in image search functionality. Today's ten works of art were all thought to be 19th Century academic pieces when I downloaded them, and that's what most of them are. By doing some digging, however, I've found that a few of them are something else entirely. We start with one that is actually what the original source said, a 19th C. Italian School work by an unknown.
Slight miss match in the leg size and length, but otherwise your classic academic work. Interesting use of stabilising rope guide, seems to be pulling up.
