This looks like some sort of swim team with suits that look ahead of their time, given the 1900 era moustaches on several of the guys. Oh, and I think the young man third from right
might have been the team "mascot" if you get my drift.
By comparing the stripes on the 4th and last guys, I think that most are wearing briefs with piping over boxer cut 1 piece muscle top suits, which also have piping at the limb holes.
