I'm fairly certain some sort of pesticide is being applied to this soldier's crotch. Crab lice? Whatever the problem is, it seems to require two or three serious looking observers. And I'd love to hear what the guy with the sprayer told his kids and grandkids when they asked him what he did in the war.
