This is the Harvard Freshman crew of 1934.
If they looked that good as Freshmen, I'd love to see them as Seniors.
Edited to add:  An anonymous comment correctly pointed out that
third from the right is Franklin Roosevelt, Jr., son of the president.

  1. Third from right must be son of FDR; Wikipedia says FDR's son, FDR Jr., was class of '37 at Harvard, which would make him a freshman in '34

  2. Class of '37 were freshmen in fall '33. That said, he may have taken only three years to graduate. Unrelated - Dude third from left not only has a beautiful torso complete with a VERY sexy Apollo's Belt, but he seems to be flashing a little bush above that ample package and VPL!

  3. Because he is so sexy, I looked up 3rd from left, Mr. Robert Watson. He was also calss of '37 and lettered in crew and football. He was also a hero. He joined the Navy in 1940. He would later be a Dean and the Athletic Director at Harvard. From his NYT Obit:

"During the war, Mr. Watson served as executive officer on the destroyer Leary. He survived for five hours in the cold waters of the North Atlantic when his ship was torpedoed on Christmas Eve 1943.

He gave his life jacket to another man and clung to a piece of wood until early morning when another warship rescued him and 56 crew mates; the 220 other men on board died."

I suspect this is the Harvard freshmen crew of 1933.
