Keith Stephan Day, Part 1 - Unattributed Nudes

I have a section in my personal archive of photos of well known models taken by unknown photographers.  Keith Stephan has one of the larger folders in that section, 

so I'm posting five of them today, only one of which I have a pretty good guess about.

The first one here is not the best technical quality, but Keith looks like a million dollars.
