It's been quite a while since I posted any work by or about Thomas Eakins. Today we start with one of about half a dozen of his photos which feature his student models boxing. The young man at right is J. Laurie Wallace, a well known disciple who appears twice in today's series. I wish we knew the other man's identity because I find him to be a quite impressive model.
