This model is much better known as Chris Dickerson, and as Mizer mentions in passing,

he did indeed hold the Mr. America and Mr. Universe.  He didn't win those titles, however, 

until three and six years respectively after this photo was made.  Did Mizer wait to publish 

this until Mr. Dickerson had achieved fame?
