Throwing
I don't have an ID for this student athlete throwing a baseball.
I've never read anything about Muybridge's lighting methods, but it would be interesting. I may have to revisit the University of Pennsylvania website again. They have quite a bit on his work there.
Not so washed out as the photo below. And you can see the shadow of his arm, faintly, on his body in the left-hand shot.
