Pat

Pat Parris (sometimes spelled Paris) posed for a very pleasing set of photos in
Fred Kovert's studio.  Some of these images were pirated over 20 years later by some
unethical fly by night publishers in the wake of liberalization.  Neither the studio nor
the model were properly credited, never mind paid.  I suppose they thought it was
OK because Fred Kovert was long dead at that point. Not in my world.

  1. Nicely hirsute young male. And he's smiling! Am I seeing a variety of posing and photographic styles in this posting? I guess Kovert's photographers each had his own style?

    1. Although only a relative few of Kovert's photos are firmly dated, his studio's style did seem to evolve over the time it was active. Whether that was due to the different contractors or changes in Kovert's direction, I don't know. Probably some combination of those two.

  2. Mr. Parris definitely has Big Dude's 3H's - hot, hairy and hung. He has a lovely dreamy look in this photo too. Easy to see why it would have been pirated some 20 years later. This also made me think about how brave Kovert and his models were with these full frontal nude photos back in the 1940s.

    1. Brave indeed. Freddie Kovert paid a terrible price for artistic freedom.
