David Hurles' propensity to demand erections from his models has resulted in a relative
lack of derriere shots. Oh, they're out there if you search enough, but not in great numbers.
This is Larry who really looks good from behind and has a ditchdigger tan. And there's
a different version of the legendary sofa, but it's not nearly as awful as the plaid.
Larry appeared in the very first VHS tape offered by OR in 1982. He was quick to rise to the occasion. In both of his sessions at OR, Larry was fully erect before he got undressed, thereby impressing Mr. Hurdles very much.

DeleteWell, there is indeed such a thing as good taste and such a thing as bad taste - but I have discovered in respect of my Salvation Army neighbours that the people in life you really have to watch out for are those with no taste at all...

DeleteI've heard there was an effort to locate the original plaid sofa to put it on display in an LGBTQ-related museum or archive. Not sure if that's true or if it ever happened.
ReplyDeleteI'd like to think somebody recognized that it might be worth saving, but it's probably moldering in a landfill somewhere.
DeleteThat (in)famous plaid couch put Hurles on the map along with his models. I would have done my thing for him, but he would have had to sanitize that couch first before would even sit on it fully clothed! I've heard Hurles is taken well care of and a favorite of the staff. I think he's lucky to be alive considering the tough street models he hired.
