In 1960 Ed Fury followed the lead of fellow Muscle Beach alumnis Steve Reeves and moved to Italy where the sword and sand movie phenomenon was under way. Mr. Fury received top billing and made good money making four feature films in four years, three of which were the Ursus series.

As you will see further on in today's series, Ed Fury returned to the USA
and successfully sought work in the TV industry.
