Bob Jackson
This photo of Bob Jackson came to me with an attribution to someone called "Plato." I've also seen it listed as by Pat Milo, and it looks like his style. Did Mr. Milo ever use Plato as a marque?
George Haimsohn (June 12, 1925 – January 17, 2003) was an American writer and photographer. He was best known for co-writing the book and libretto of the popular 1960s Off-Broadway musical Dames at Sea. Haimsohn produced male nude and "physique photography" under the name of "Plato" and wrote a number of gay male erotic novels under the name Alexander Goodman. JOE CALI posed Nude for PLATO in 1971 and later was cast as JOEY on Saturday Night Fever (1977) and was a frequent guest on various TV shows in the 1980s and 1990s.
It has "the Mark of Milo," IMHO.
ReplyDeleteReally. I'm still puzzled by the Plato moniker.
DeleteWonderful pose and lighting.
ReplyDeleteYes, and just Pat Milo's style.
